What is Boxer Balm?
Boxer Balm is a heavy-duty lanolin-based hand protection stick designed for athletes whose hands take constant punishment. It creates a protective barrier against friction, cold, and dryness while conditioning damaged skin. Built for hockey players, boxers, lacrosse players, weightlifters, and soldiers.
How do I use it?
Roll up the stick and apply directly to the back of your hands, knuckles, or any rough, dry areas. For glove sports, apply a thin layer and give it 2-3 minutes to absorb before putting gloves on. Use before training to protect, or after to condition and repair.
When should I apply it?
- Pre-game/training: Apply 5-10 minutes before you glove up to create a protective barrier
- Post-training: Apply after washing hands to lock in moisture overnight
- Daily maintenance: Use anytime your hands feel dry or rough

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Boxer Balm contains lanolin, which can cause reactions in people with wool allergies (1-3% of population). If you have sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis, or known lanolin allergies, test on a small area first. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and contact us for a refund.
Will it make my hands slippery?
No. The balm absorbs into skin and creates a protective barrier without leaving a greasy residue. Give it 2-3 minutes to absorb before handling equipment. It won't affect your grip on sticks, bars, or wraps.
How long does one stick last?
With daily use, one stick typically lasts 4-6 weeks. If you're using it only before games or training sessions, it can last 2-3 months.
What size is it?
Each stick is 40g. (Standard deodorant-style stick size)
Can women use this?
Absolutely. While we market to athletes in traditionally male-dominated sports, Boxer Balm works for anyone with hands that take punishment - CrossFit athletes, climbers, rowers, outdoor workers, nurses, mechanics, etc.
Does it have a scent?
Boxer Balm has a mild, natural waxy scent from the beeswax and lanolin. It's not heavily fragranced - no perfumes or artificial scents.

How long does shipping take?

What's your return policy?
If there's any issue with your order - damaged product, doesn't work as expected, allergic reaction, etc. - contact us within 30 days with a photo and description. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund. No need to ship anything back.
